Privacy policy
This policy explains what Gridnod processes to provide accounts, payments, security, support, and AI gateway services.
Effective September 9, 2026
Information we process
We process account and profile details, authentication and security events, workspace membership, API-key metadata, wallet and payment records, model request metadata, device and network information, and support communications. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by Gridnod.
Early access waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your account details and access status and send email verification, waitlist confirmation, and access approval messages. You may optionally share your company or project, what you are building, and what you need. Gridnod administrators use these details to review early access and understand product needs. You can edit or clear these optional details on your waitlist page. Please do not include passwords, credentials, or sensitive personal information.
Website analytics and location
Optional first-party website analytics begin only after you allow analytics in the consent banner. Gridnod then records page paths, referral and campaign labels, random browser and session identifiers, and coarse device, browser, and operating-system categories. An IP address may be used briefly on the server to estimate a city, region, and country, but the raw IP address is not stored with anonymous website events. Location derived from an IP address is approximate and may be incorrect, particularly when a VPN, mobile carrier, or corporate network is used. You may continue with only necessary cookies; blocking analytics means those visits are not included in visitor and conversion reports.
AI requests and provider processing
Gridnod forwards requests to the model provider selected for the request. Operational analytics are content-free by default. If an account enables encrypted request history, bounded normalized request and response content may be retained for that account; credentials, authorization headers, provider-private reasoning, and inline binary bodies are excluded.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, route model requests, measure usage, settle wallet activity, process payments, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, support customers, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Retention varies by record type. Gridnod uses access controls, encryption, tenant boundaries, audit records, and secure server-side credential handling, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of eligible personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Some financial, security, and audit records must be retained. Contact support@gridnod.ai to make a request.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be identified on this page. See the Terms of service for the rules governing use of Gridnod.
