Terms of service

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Gridnod for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.

Gridnod provides a gateway to supported third-party AI models and related account, billing, and developer tools. Model availability, behavior, output, latency, and provider terms may change. AI output may be inaccurate and must be independently reviewed before consequential use.

You may not use Gridnod to violate law or third-party rights; compromise systems or accounts; distribute malware; evade limits or access controls; interfere with the service; misrepresent identity or authorization; or create, obtain, or distribute content where doing so is prohibited. You must follow applicable provider policies and obtain rights to submitted data.

Charges are based on the published pricing and authoritative usage recorded for a request. You authorize the selected payment provider to process requested funding transactions. Consumed credits and provider usage are non-refundable. Requests concerning unused purchased credits are governed by the Refund policy. Billing errors and disputes should be reported promptly to billing@gridnod.ai.

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant Gridnod the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to forward requests to selected providers. You are responsible for avoiding sensitive data that you are not authorized to process. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy.

The service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued, including when required for security, maintenance, provider availability, abuse prevention, or law. We aim to operate reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridnod is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Gridnod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or decisions made from AI output. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Gridnod at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, provider restrictions, or harm to Gridnod or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kuwait unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; material changes will be identified on this page.
